Psychotherapy
As a Clinical Integrative Psychotherapist, I run a private clinical practice both in person and online. Much of my work involves working with people who have suffered both early childhood and late trauma as well as generalised & social anxiety and depression.
I qualified as a Clinical Integrative Psychotherapist, with a Transpersonal specialism, at London’s Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy (CCPE). CCPE is a member organisation of United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and I am a registered member of both the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
Mental Fitness
Increasingly organisation are recognising that mental health and wellbeing are by far the single most important factor that drives a companies success. The challenges of sustaining mental fitness can be complicated and time consuming but done well, small changes and an authentic commitment to mental wellbeing can transform a dysfunctional and stressed team into one that is engaged and highly motivated and high performing. I develop programs that drive new mind-sets and behaviours that can improve and maintain mental fitness as well as data driven metrics to monitor and flag mental health issues for early intervention.
I work with organisations who want to ensure that Mental Fitness is incorporated in a meaningful way, ensuring their teams thrive.
